FAQ'S

1. Ticket Orders are processed Sunday thru Thursday. A confirmation email is sent once an order is received. Within 24 hours your tickets will be sent to your email as a pdf file. Tickets may be printed out or scanned from a mobile device at the front gate. Tickets include "preview" the night before!

2. Hersheypark Is Now Cashless! All major debit and credit cards Hersheypark gift cards, Apple Pay, Samsung.

3. The Following Stands are under Star K Supervision: The Kosher Food Stand (located in the Kissing Tower Hill across from Great Bear) and Kettle Korn.

4. The Following Stands are under Star D Supervision: Rita's, Pepsi Freeze Zone, and Dipp'n Dots.

5. The Food Truck opens at Noon. Closes at 6:30 pm when park closes at 7:00 or 8:00 pm. Closes at 7:30 pm when park closes at 9:00 or 10 pm. However, it may close early due to inclement weather. Please check the Hersheypark App.
